Yowww Cancellation Policy
At Yowww, we aim to provide a seamless experience for our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where cancellations are necessary. Please carefully review our cancellation policy outlined below:

1. Order Cancellation by the Customer

1.1 Before the Order is Accepted by the Restaurant
●    Customers can cancel their order without incurring any charges before the restaurant accepts the order.
●    A full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders, which may take 5 - 7 working days to reflect in the original payment method.
1.2 After the Order is Accepted by the Restaurant
●    Once the restaurant has accepted the order, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.
●    If the cancellation request is made from the customer, the entire order amount will be refunded. Which may take 5 - 7 working days.
1.3 After the Order is Dispatched
●    Orders that are already dispatched cannot be cancelled.

2. Order Cancellation by Yowww

2.1 Reasons for Cancellation

 Yowww reserves the right to cancel orders under the following conditions:
●    Unavailability of ordered items at the restaurant.
●    Operational constraints such as delivery issues, extreme weather, or unforeseen events.
●    Suspicious, fraudulent, or bulk orders.


2.2 Refund for Orders Cancelled by Yowww
●    If an order is cancelled by Yowww, customers will receive a full refund for any prepaid amount.

3. Order Modification
●    Once an order has been placed, modifications (e.g., changing delivery address, items, or delivery time) may not be accommodated. In such cases, the customer is advised to cancel and place a new order if the cancellation policy allows.

4. Refunds and Compensation
4.1 Refund Timelines
●    Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
●    In case of payments made via Yowww wallet, the refund will be credited back to the wallet immediately after processing.
4.2 Refund Coupons
●    Refund coupons, if issued, will have a specified validity period and cannot be reissued, extended, or reactivated once expired.

5. Special Conditions
5.1 Loyalty Points and Offers
●    If an order is cancelled, loyalty points earned on that order will be revoked.
●    Discounts, promotional offers, or coupons used in the cancelled order will not be reissued.
5.2 Peak Hours and Special Events
●    During peak hours or special events, cancellation requests may take longer to process due to operational constraints.
5.3 Force Majeure
●    In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), cancellations and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
