Yowww Refund Policy
At Yowww, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter an issue with your order, we’re here to help resolve it promptly and fairly. Please read our refund policy below to understand how refunds are processed.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
1. Order Cancellation by Yowww:
● If your order is cancelled due to unavailability of items or inability to deliver.
2. Incorrect or Damaged Orders:
● If you receive an incorrect item or the order arrives in a damaged or unacceptable condition. Evidence (such as photos) may be required to process the refund.
3. Non-Delivery of Order:
● If the order is not delivered due to a failure on our part or our delivery partner’s part.
4. Late Delivery:
● If the order is significantly delayed and not delivered within the promised time frame.
Conditions for Refund Processing
● Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order or experiencing an issue.
● Orders cancelled by the user before preparation begins are eligible for a full refund. Orders cancelled after preparation starts may not qualify for a refund.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed in the form of:
● Original Payment Mode: Amount will be credited back to the payment source (e.g., credit card, bank account) within 7-10 business days.
● Yowww Wallet Credits or Refund Coupons: These can be used for future purchases and will be credited within 24 hours.
Non-Refundable Situations
● If the customer is unavailable or fails to accept the delivery.
● If the order was delivered accurately and within the promised time frame but is no longer wanted.
● If the refund request is made outside the specified time frame (24 hours).
Refund Coupons
● Refund coupons issued as part of a resolution will have a specific validity period.
● Once expired, refund coupons cannot be reissued, extended, or reactivated.
